Salty Paws is our private, full-service pet resort at Veterinary Associates of Cape Cod. Unlike crowded kennels, our resort offers a quiet, spacious, and veterinary-supervised environment with personalized care from trained patient care attendants.

Your canine companions will enjoy at least four play sessions daily on our soft AstroTurf play yard while our feline friends relax in a calm, feline-friendly space designed just for them. Every stay includes attentive care, thoughtful accommodations, and access to our veterinary team if needed.

We are happy to provide care exclusively to our clients from out of state and across Cape Cod, Massachusetts, including Yarmouth, Harwich, Dennis, Hyannis, Provincetown, and neighboring communities.

Boarding Details & Tips 

  • Bring all medications in original bottles with instructions.
  • Label any toys, bedding, or food items.
  • Let us know of any dietary needs or behavior preferences.
  • Space is limited—reserve early once your travel is booked.

Pampered Pet Program (Optional Add-On)

For a small nightly fee, our Pampered Pet Program provides extra enrichment and connection while you’re away.

For Cats:

  • 20 minutes of play in our “kitty-only” room
  • One-on-one bonding time with staff
  • Toys, scratching posts, and laser pointer fun
  • Daily text update with photo

For Dogs:

  • Leisurely leash walks with staff
  • Extra 30 minutes of outdoor play
  • Daily text update with photo
